Victoria Sponge

 Luxurious vanilla sponge with vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream and raspberry conserve

 

Rose & Pistachio

 Delicate rose sponge with sweet rose Swiss meringue buttercream, sprinkled with toasted pistachios

Bespoke flavours are available upon request for an additional charge. We also offer specialist gluten-free and vegan sponges and can cater to dietary requirements.

Portions

Our standard cakes are approximately 5" tall, made from four layers of sponge and iced with either buttercream or sugarpaste, which comes with a thin layer of Belgian chocolate ganache as an undercoat.

Portions are based on the following two sizes:

finger portion:

1" x 1" x 5" rectangular slice

​

party portion:

1" x 2" x 5" rectangular slice

​

The bespoke nature of our work means we often adjust the height of our cakes to achieve the desired designs. This will impact the number of layers in each cake.

Delivery Information

We offer free cake collection from our home studio (DA16 1EP) within an allocated time slot.

Delivery is available through us or a courier.

Larger bespoke cakes often require delivery and setup by Samantha due to their design. This service is approx. £125 in central London, with other locations priced based on distance from our studio.
